Love-o-lists

I love charts. Always have. My favorite thing in elementary school was drawing maps. I would spend hours on them - make sure I got every (supposed) jagged coastline, river, etc right. Seriously obsessed. In Middle School it became an obsession with a family tree - I love the listing, the organization. Checklists, stamps, files - it all makes my heart go pitter-patter.

My love of lists, charts and spreadsheets has remained - and my love of stationary. So, lemme tell you, bullet journaling was RIGHT UP MY ALLEY. Okay, tangent that I didn't mean to take. We'll come back to bullet journaling another time.

In the mean time, in every #TIUgirl's life there is ONE thing happening in April. (Drum roll, please) the Bikini Series launches! For those not #TIUanointed, I will be writing a post all about TIU very soon (I'm lying, it's actually in my drafts already!). For my fellow #TIUgirls, I have created spreads (aka templates) for you to download! It's about getting prepped, right?!

We've got one that lists which workouts work what & what you'll need for them. This is in NO WAY complete - it includes #BeachBabe4 and #BodyLOVE, as well as some of the free stuff on Tone It Up. It's meant to be adjusted and tailored - I used the hearts to indicate WOs that I love! Then there are daily templates, a weekly meal plan template and a weekly workout schedule template.

They're all here. Feel free to use them - I don't want to have to mention all the these are meant for personal and not commercial use, not for resale and all that jazz - but consider it mentioned. Use these, love them and rock the #BikiniSeries!
