In 2016 the realization that I was never going to feel & look the way I wanted if I didn't DO something about it, hit me. I know, I know. It's not like I didn't know that, I just didn't know it. Ya know?

 

My journey started with Tone It Up - thanks K&K - and is still the heart of my journey. I'm sharing with you to inspire you, to keep me accountable and to spread the love. We're in this together. Together we're stronger. Together we can do anything.
